John is always conscientious about budgets and making sure that resources are being used properly. If you are going to ask about something that will require funding, you need to have done your research so you can show how it will be paid for. John always delivers on his commitments and goes the extra mile. He rarely deals with routine transactions and is constantly called upon to handle difficult, sensitive scenarios that require significant experience and excellent judgment.
